    穗腐病是玉米生产上的重要病害,严重影响玉米的产量和品质。筛选稳定的抗性种质资源和选育优良抗病品种,是防治玉米穗粒腐病最为经济有效的措施。本研究采用花丝通道注射法,对286份玉米种质资源进行拟轮枝镰孢菌和禾谷镰孢菌抗性鉴定,筛选出两年均对拟轮枝镰孢菌表现为高抗的种质资源7份,对禾谷镰孢菌高抗的种质资源6份,对2个菌种均为高抗的种质资源2份。进一步的相关性分析显示,这286份种质资源对不同环境和不同菌种的抗性存在中等水平的正相关,相关系数在0.44-0.68之间,表明尽管相同种质资源在不同环境和菌种下的抗性表现有所差异,但这两种穗腐病在抗性机制上有相似性。

    Abstract:

    Ear rot is a significant disease in maize production, severely affecting both yield and quality. Screening for stable resistant germplasm resources and selecting excellent disease-resistant varieties are the economicalfriendly and effective measure to control this disease. In this study, we employed the silk channel inoculation method to evaluate the resistance of 286 maize germplasm resources to Fusarium verticillioides and Fusarium graminearum. Seven germplasm lines that exhibited highly resistant to Fusarium verticillioides for two consecutive years were identified, as well as six lines that showed highly resistant to Fusarium graminearum. Notably, two germplasm lines demonstrated highly resistant to both fungal species.Further correlation analysis revealed a moderate positive correlation, with correlation coefficients ranged from 0.44 to 0.68, between the resistance of 286 germplasm lines to different fungal species in different environments. This suggests that while the resistance of the same germplasm may vary under different environmental conditions and fungal species, the resistance mechanisms against these two types of ear rot share some degree of similarity.
