    以苏玉16(JB×Y53)的F2:3家系为试验材料,选用分布在玉米10条染色体上的556对SSR引物,对玉米农艺性状进行基因定位并分析其遗传效应。结果表明,556对SSR引物对亲本Y53、JB及其F1进行多态性检测,获得85对多态性引物,多态率为15.3%,其中有76对引物扩增带型清晰,可用于后续QTL的研究工作。共检测到3个与抽穗期QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的8.16%~14.10%;6个与株高QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的6.01%~15.83%;6个与穗位高QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的9.58%~31.89%;4个与茎粗QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的5.84%~11.05%;2个与雄穗分枝数QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的13.21%~24.76%;2个与雄穗长QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的7.56%~7.67%;2个与散粉期QTL连锁的标记,可解释表型变异的7.14%~16.72%。

    Abstract:

    The research on the genetic of agronomic traits can provide important information for the crop breeding. F2:3 families from the cross JB×Y53 were adopted in the study, genotype analysis was carried out by using SSR marker to find markers which linked to the agronomic traits. Genetic effects of linked markers were estimated. The results showed that 556 SSR markers were used to analyze the polymorphism among the parents JB, Y53 and their F1 generation. 85 polymorphism markers were found, the percentage was 15.3%, of these 76 polymorphism markers with unambiguous amplicons were used in the following QTL analysis. In agronomic traits, 3 SSR markers linked to heading date, with 8.16% - 14.10% phenotypic variation interpretation. 6 SSR markers explained 6.01% - 15.83% phenotypic variation of plant height. 6 SSR markers could explain the phenotypic variation of ear height from 9.58% to 31.89%. 4 SSR markers linked to stem diameter, with 5.84% - 11.05% phenotypic variation interpretation. There were 2 and 2 SSR molecular markers which linked to the number of male tassel and male tassel length, respectively. These SSR markers explained the phenotypic variation from 7.56% to 24.76%. Otherwise, 2 SSR markers linked to anthesis date with 7.14% - 16.72% phenotypic variation interpretation.
