摘要:

对两组样品同时采用染料结合法(DBL法)、茚三酮显色法、近红外光谱分析法(NILS)和氨基酸分析仪法对赖氨酸含量进行测定，并进一步对其中一组样品用赖氨酸添加法对染料结合法和茚三酮显色法进行比较分析。结果表明，4种方法在两组样品的赖氨酸含量测定大小之间趋势相同，即茚三酮显色法>近红外光谱分析法>染料结合法>氨基酸分析仪法。在赖氨酸添加实验中，茚三酮显色法测得添加工业赖氨酸的混合样品赖氨酸含量的增加值基本与赖氨酸的添加量相当，染料结合法对3个处理测试结果赖氨酸含量差异不大。

Abstract:

The four methods of determination of lysine in QPM had been compared in this paper. The lysine content of the same two samples results showed that they had a uniform current. That was ninhydrin colorimetric method > NILS > DBL > amino acid analysis apparatus. And then added the industrial L-lysine powder to the samples .The result showed that the lysine content increased corresponded with the scalar of the lysine added by the ninhydrin colorimetric method and the lysine content didn’t increase by the DBL method.
